The Customer Assistance Program is an all in one service that starts with completing all clients' basic registrations such as: (SAM, DSBS, FEMA & FBO). It provides access to our proprietary database "Select GCR Pro" where a Government profile is created to receive email alerts for contracts & grants, provides purchasing agents contact info, allows clients to search for expiring contracts, teaming opportunities, and will determine the upcoming forecast for each industry in regards to Government spending. With this service a Capability Statement (Government Resume) will also be created and will entail all pertinent business information such as a DUNS #, CAGE code, NAICS codes, contact info, past performances, products and/or services. The final piece is an in-depth Bid Assistance document that provides contracting and grant basics 101.You will be shown the basics on how to search, field, allocate, develop, draft, edit, and summarize your formal response. It will also detail how to hold meetings to evaluate current market position, how to resource allocations and the ability to perform on each desired contract with all government agencies.

Long story short – clients will be properly registered, will have access to all important Government information at their fingertips through Select GCR Pro, will have their Government resume in place for purchasers and will know how to submit bids to ultimately attain Government contracts and/or grants.

Government Registrations – (SAM, DBSB, FEMA & FBO)

Registration Department will do the following while completing the above registrations -

  • Verify and validate the Legal Business Name, Physical Business Address and DUNS Number
  • Determine the type of registration - New, Migration or Renewal
  • Complete the CCR migration process
  • Obtain administrative Roles for our client with their registration
  • Process the registration; assign Core data, NAICS codes, FAR provisions & Points of Contacts
  • Monitor the IRS & CAGE code validation and communicate with the DLA until processed
  • Make any updates to the entities registrations as needed through their term (1yr - 10 yr.)
