Welcome to Select GCR’s C&GMP Program
The reason our clients succeed is that we only take on limited clients, and work hand in hand with them from positioning their business, to providing them with a system, tools, help, information, and knowledge. Each client is assigned a team of business development and marketing specialists that create a targeted marketing plan that connects their business with contracting officers, business prime contractors, and then presents them no bid solicitations that have minimal or no competition.
Congratulations!
You’ve taken the first step towards increasing revenue through government opportunities.
I’m Jason “Jay the Contract Guy”, and I wanted to personally welcome you to the Commercial and Government Marketing Program (C&GMP). We are now partners with one goal in mind, helping you increase revenue through building relationships and attaining prosperous contracts. Below I will break down each of the key components of the program and answer a few of the questions I receive most. My team is excited to work with you and we look forward to the challenge of helping you advance your business into the world of Government contracting.
C&GMP – Commercial and Government Marketing Program
The Commercial and Government Marketing Program (C&GMP) provides the fundamental marketing concepts, knowledge, and services that a business must implement to succeed within the federal sector. Most companies are lost or misguided on not only what elements are imperative to implement, but also the question of what tools, steps, resources, and strategies are most effective. Select GCR is eager to hold your hand and guide you through your introduction to marketing and building relationships with government buyers and prime contractors.
Select GCR helps small businesses succeed in the government sector where so many others have failed. We have learned some simple, painless, and predictable ways of tapping into the government money flow, and we look forward to sharing these techniques, knowledge, and concepts with you.

Government Contacts – Search, Contact, and Build Relationships
Your GPA will help you identify and connect with the key government contacts awarding contracts that align with your business capabilities. This includes Submitting FOIA requests, researching Contracting Officers (COs), Small Business Liaisons, and other relevant personnel. Your GPA will access public information to find the key individuals you should meet; while helping you build long-term relationships. You will also receive access to valuable tools such as phone scripts, elevator pitches, email templates, and more to streamline your outreach efforts.
Doing Business with Federal Departments and Agencies
Our team will show you which agencies spend the most within your NAICS and get you registered with them directly for contract opportunities. We assist with scheduling meetings with contract specialists, getting listed on preferred vendor lists, and identifying where to focus your efforts. Your assigned GPA will guide you through agency registrations, connecting with awarding COs, and navigating acquisition portfolios. You will also gain access to more registration guides outside of the ones we register you with, communication plans, contract lists, and small business overviews, and acquisition portfolios to position your business.

We provide phone scripts, elevator pitch material, email templates, and tools to navigate government websites for finding local and federal business opportunities. These resources will help you build synergies with industry counterparts and leverage available public information for growth.
SLED – Winning State Contracts
Master the art of contracting within the State, Local, and Education (SLED) government market. We provide comprehensive support to help you register with municipalities and states, build relationships with key local decision-makers. Your GPA will connect you with those awarding state contracts and guide you on attending local events to foster long-term relationships.
