Contract Ready
Business Development Services
- Operating Agreement – Defines how decisions will be made for the company, and who gets to make them.
- Business Plan – The business’ roadmap. How did they start, where are they now, where do they intend to be in the future. This is used to build interest in potential investors/partners.
- SOPs – Standard Operating Procedures: Step-by-step directions on how to complete a task as well as the expectations for success. This document is meant to reduce errors and provide a structure for employees to follow.
- Meeting Minutes Templates – The official written record of what happened during a meeting. These are especially important for documenting company discussions, business decisions, action items, and next steps.
Gov Pricing & Performance Alignment
- We will educate the client on how to create a pricing model that allows them to be competitive in bidding and still maintain a profit.
SAM Registration/Optimization
- Businesses are required to register with SAM.gov before they can be awarded or paid on a federal contract. Our team adds additional NAICS/PSC codes to expand our client’s reach and confirms there is no missing or incorrect information to disqualify our client from bidding on or being chosen for a contract.
SBA Small Business Search Optimization
- A vendor profile where government agents and Primes can search for small businesses to partner with. If information in the client’s profile is missing, such as keywords or a Capabilities narrative, that business could be passed over for a business with an accurate and completed profile.
Capabilities Statement (Government Resume)
- A business’ Government Resume. A professional specification sheet that contains vital information at a one-shot glance. This document contains a UEI #, CAGE code, NAICS/PSC codes, and past performances to show timeliness, quality, and positive delivery of products and/or services.
Capabilities Website (Digital Presence)
- A business’ Government Resume formatted into a website that is publicly searchable via the internet. This format is attractive and differentiates the organization in verbiage, product/services, and visualization from competitors.

- Attend weekly consultations with your assigned Select GCR team member. They’re available to answer questions and assist you while all services are completed.

- Business Formation – This guide will explain the key business documents and programs needed to prepare you to work with the US government.

Grants & Government Funding Registration
- We will register the client on Grants.gov so they can apply for federal funding/loans.
Federal Emergency & Disaster Registration
- We register the client with FEMA, so they can work on disaster relief projects.
SGCRP Contract & Contact Platform Access
- Clients will access our platform Select GCR Pro. They will view prepopulated searches that will connect them to targeted contracts and provide them contact information for those that are awarding and attaining the contracts that are applicable to their business model.
CMMC Level 1 Certification
- Our team will complete the needed critical requirement for your business to work with the federal government. CMMC Level 1 focuses on the foundational level of compliance, designed to protect Federal Contract Information through 17 essential security practices.
