The VA Pathfinder virtual platform helps innovators and vendors work with the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) to improve healthcare and the lives of veterans.

You can collaborate with the VA to present unique ideas, solutions, or products to VA stakeholders. If you believe your products and/or services can provide value to the Veteran community, we encourage you to apply to be considered for ongoing market research and future procurement opportunities.

Submission evaluation criteria that will be used to evaluate your submission during the PathFinder review process:
  • Feasibility – does VA have the resources to determine the solution’s value and scale it across VA?

    ●    Is there a clear target market?
    ●    Is there a reasonable time frame?
    ●    Has it been tested or replicated?
    ●    Is it novel and unique?

  • Meaningfulness – would the solution solve a problem for the Veteran community?

    ●    Does it take on a clear challenge?
    ●    Is it relevant to the target market?

  • Strategic Alignment – is the solution aligned to VA goals?

    ●    Does it address key VA and VHA strategic priorities?
