Sam Registration

Your SAM registrations and/or certifications will achieve an active or certified status when our processes are followed.

SAM Registration Guarantee
Select GCR guarantees that, upon the client’s full participation and compliance with the requirements below, the SAM registration will be submitted accurately and processed toward active status. If Select GCR fails to assist in achieving this outcome, a full refund of the SAM registration investment will be provided.
SAM Guarantee Requirements
Client agrees to:
    1. Respond to all emails from their Select GCR registration specialist within 24 hours.
    2. Provide all requested documentation within 24 hours of request.
    3. Forward all communications from .gov or .mil domains related to the SAM registration to their assigned specialist within 24 hours of receipt.
    4. Allow Select GCR to manage all necessary responses to government emails related to SAM registration.
Note: Final SAM processing times are determined by the issuing agency. Select GCR does not control approval timelines.

Certifications

Certifications Guarantee
Select GCR guarantees that upon full client compliance with the requirements below, we will prepare and submit the appropriate certification application for review by the certifying agency. If the client is denied certification, and all requirements were met in good faith, Select GCR will apply the client’s investment as a credit toward marketing services.
Certification Guarantee Requirements
Client agrees to:
    1. Provide all documentation outlined in the certification checklist after confirming eligibility.
    2. Respond to all emails and phone calls from the Select GCR certification team.
    3. Provide any additional documents requested by Select GCR or the certifying agency (e.g., SBA, VA VIP, NWBOC, etc.).
    4. Forward all agency-related emails to Select GCR promptly to ensure timelines are met.
    5. Confirm that all submitted documentation is accurate and truthful.

Note: Approval timelines are determined by the certifying body and are outside Select GCR’s control.

Marketing Services

Our marketing services will support your path to revenue generation through contracts, subcontracts, grants, or government-related awards when client action items are completed in good faith.

Marketing Guarantee
Select GCR’s marketing program is designed to position your business for government success by offering strategic education, targeted outreach, and professional support to generate qualified opportunities.Through Select CGRs MArketing efforts clients are provided the following:
    • Government/ Prime Contractor contacts that show interest in the client’s firm
    • State and Federal RFI (Sources Sought), RFQ, and RFP (Solicitation or Combined Synopsis/Solicitation type).
    • Prime contractor introductions for upcoming contract opportunities.
When clients follow the Select GCR marketing process and meet outlined expectations, we guarantee success as defined below.

Marketing Performance Guarantee Terms

If the client completes the following actions within 6 months after the end of the agreement term, Select GCR guarantees the client will generate revenue through a contract, subcontract, or grant within 12 months after that period, or a refund will be considered.

Client Requirements:

1. Submission of at least:

    • 2 State or Federal RFI (Sources Sought)
    • 2 State or Local RFP/RFQ solicitations
    • 2 Federal contracts (Solicitation or Combined Synopsis/Solicitation type)

2. Documented email responses to every contact listed under the “OPENS” section of the Open Rate Report (ORR).

3. Proof of at least 2 business prime contractor registrations.

Required Documentation Includes:

    • Acknowledgment or confirmation of bid receipt from an official procurement portal or contracting officer.
    • Government-verified submission confirmations (third-party acknowledgments are not accepted).
    • Compliance review approval by Select GCR to ensure submitted proposals meet minimum eligibility and technical compliance.

Exclusions & Disclaimers

Proposals written by Select GCR do not count toward client-submitted bid responsibilities for this guarantee.
Non-compliant or incomplete proposals will not be accepted under guarantee terms.
If a bid submitted by Select GCR results in an award or revenue, the guarantee is fulfilled and the refund no longer applies.
Revenue is defined as any income earned through contract, subcontract, grant, or financial assistance directly resulting from marketing efforts.
The Marketing Guarantee applies only to the full C&GMP Program (Contract Ready, Accelerate, and Execute combined). Standalone services or individual programs do not qualify for the refund policy unless specifically outlined in a separate agreement.
