4. Scope of Services
The Company is a third-party consulting firm that helps businesses prepare for and engage in government contracting opportunities. Services may include, but are not limited to:

- SBA profile creation or optimization
- Capability statement creation
- Federal and State bid research
- Federal and State bid proposals
- Compliance and advisory services
- Marketing materials and website development
- Ongoing business development consulting
Important: We are not a government agency. We do not represent or act on behalf of any government entity.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide complete and accurate business information in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly to requests from The Company regarding documents, approvals, and feedback.
- Review submitted materials (e.g., capability statements or proposals) within 72 hours or less depending on time constraints.
- Be responsible for submission of proposals and post-submission communications with federal buyers.
- Request debriefs or protests directly with government agencies as desired.
The Company is not responsible for incomplete services or missed deadlines due to a client’s failure to provide required information or respond in a timely manner.
6. Contract Awards
While we do position businesses for success in government contracting, we do not and cannot guarantee any government contract awards. Past results are not indicative of future performance.
Clients are solely responsible for reviewing all final documents and bids. The Company is not liable for errors, omissions, or consequences arising from submitted bids.

8. Cookies

10. Payment & Cancellation Policy
By authorizing a purchase, the client agrees to:
- Pay the full amount as described in the service agreement.
- Not initiate chargebacks or payment reversals unless fraud or unauthorized use is evident.
Cancellation Terms:
- Cancellations must be requested via email to support@selectgcr.com within 48 hours of initial acceptance.
- A $50 cancellation fee applies for all cancellations within the window.
- After 48 hours, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- Completed registrations and rush services are non-cancellable and non-refundable at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Company shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
- Loss of data, business, or opportunity.
- Delays caused by third-party systems, including government platforms (e.g., SAM.gov, SBA.gov).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Company, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of:
- Your use of the Site or services
- Violation of this Agreement
- Misuse of any materials provided
13. Defamation Clause
Clients agree not to publicly post defamatory or misleading content about The Company, its team members, or partners during or after the term of engagement. Disputes must be addressed privately through the channels provided. Breach of this clause may result in legal action and damages.
14. Use Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, resell, or exploit content from this site or materials provided.
- Use the Site for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with software or systems.
- Share login credentials with unauthorized users.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree that any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Pinellas County, Florida, in a court of competent jurisdiction.
16. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to the Site and are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site or services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
