It’s a 3.15-acre property with multiple building sites that have ocean, mountain, river, and island views. It’s located in the community of Stairway to the Stars on a private road. When I purchased the property years ago it had power and water. I did not build prior to the deadline so now there is an issue with legal water. Multiple houses in the neighborhood have water, and there is a large house being built on the property just above that has received water access. So, it is possible but will take some looking into to make happen. I previously listed the property with a local agent, but I am not under contract at this time.
