Client Services

Select GCR is a turnkey Government contract consulting firm. We offer assistance to businesses of any size or industry, non-profits and municipalities, when trying to understand processes, procedures and qualifications needed to be involved in working with Government agencies to attain contracts and/or grants.

SAM-DSBS-FBO-FEMA Registrations:

These are the beginning registrations that any and all entities must have to be eligible to be paid for products and/or services rendered, to receive Grant disbursements, to be eligible for no bid contracts and to be chosen in a time of crisis by the Federal Government for relief. GCR provides the service of completing the paperwork process, approval, and maintenance of these registrations for our clients.

Contract and Grant Assistance:

With our Quick-Start Proposal Development Guide our clients are provided the gateway to formal proposal development for their business entity. With the Quick-Start guide they are given contracting and/or grant basics 101 in an easy to read outline that guides them through the major milestones of the formal bid process. This will detail how to field proposals, how to hold meetings to evaluate their current market position, and resource allocations. They will be shown the basics on how to search, field, allocate, develop, draft, edit, and summarize a formal response to attain contracts and/or grants.

Capability Statement:

This is a professional specification sheet that an organization presents as the first contact for interactions with federal, state, and local government procurement purchasers. This sheet contains vital information at a one shot glance that is efficient, informative, and attractive that differentiates their organization in verbiage, product/services and visualization from their competitors. It contains their DUNS #, CAGE code, NAICS codes and past performances to show timeliness, quality, and positive delivery of products and/or services. The Capability Statement in other words is their Government Business Resume.

Select GRC Pro:

Select GCR Pro is a database that pulls from over 1,000 government websites and provides this information in one unique platform - it is a proprietary database that provides our clients with Contact Information for all Government Purchasers, Federal, State and local level contracts, Expiring contracts, Daily email notifications when bids are being released, and even connection to prime contractors and teaming opportunities.

Set Asides (Certs):

Small business set-asides are a powerful tool for helping small businesses compete for and win federal contracts. Every year, the federal government purchases approximately $400 billion in goods and services from the private sector. When market research concludes that small businesses are available and able to perform the work or provide the products being procured by the government, those opportunities are “set-aside” exclusively for small business concerns.

There are many different types of set-asides such as: WOSB – Women Owned Small Business, VOSB – Veteran Owned, 8(a) – Minority Owned and Hub Zone. GCR provides the service of completing the paperwork process, approval and maintenance of these registrations for our clients.

GSA:

(General Service Administration) the master’s degree of this industry - Preferred contract vehicle used for procurement by Federal agencies that allows a business to be set up with a preferred vendor status. GSA was established to help manage and support the basic functioning of federal agencies and awards billions of dollars annually to businesses on the GSA schedule. GSA consists of three major services: the Public Buildings Service (PBS), the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), and the Technology Transformation Service (TTS).
